This project is a semi-detached house located at Brampton, Ontario. The overall design is based on vintage modern, which focuses on the utility of wooden pallets, wood flooring and furniture with choices of accent colours such as sunset yellow, sand pink and gray-green to give a natural and warm feeling. Brass, bronze and black matte are the main metal finishes in this project; they are subtle comparing to the glossier choices but they still add a touch of luxury to reflect the owner’s taste. The main floor features an island and a breakfast bar with L-shape countertop in the kitchen, and a reading area allocated in between the dining and living room space for leisure. The second floor features a  divided walk-in closet in master bedroom that connects to the ensuite bathroom; and each of children’s bedroom has a larger closet than before. To make it refreshing, different blue tones are applied throughout the second floor which go well with the preferred darker colour theme.
